Creatine doen't make you angry, it must have been all in your head mate. Only pro hormones and steriods will make you angry by knocking up your testosterone levels by up to 500% :o
I have naturally high levels of testosterone, which isn't a good thing when i'm stuck behind OAP's in nissan micra's doing 20mph in a 50mph limit :evil:

Creatine's abit over-hyped. It mainly just makes your muscles retain water more so people think they get instant gains from it (which disappear as soon as you stop taking it lol).

Yes it helps revive them (as it's the 'building blocks' of protein) but it also makes your muscles retain water big time (muscle is 80% water) and therefore makes you look bigger quickly. That's why a lot of people that use it get lower back pain because if your lower back muscles start retaining a lot of water then it can push up against your kidneys (when you bend over). I didn't get lower back pumps the first 2 times i took it, but did the third time so had to stop :roll:

Tbh, i think taking amino acids is a lot better for you. If you take too much creatine then your body will stop creating it naturally (bad lol) and amino acids don't make you retain water and are also 'building blocks' of protein.
