all novas steering columns run at an angle thru the car and as such the steering wheel sits a bit squiff

They do run a bit to the left, but if your mounting buckets you can mount the seat as far to the left as you can. I modifyed the car slightly to get the seat as far over as possible.

Is a strange feelin when wheel not straight infront of ya.
When i stripped my interiour and welded bars across to mount seats to i modded centre tunnel so i could move seat about 1" further across towards middle. Makes big difference. Well worth effort if your stripping car.
