mate have a nice time in Turkey , I,ve been a few times myself, if this is the first time for you take this advise - if not I,ll wager your already clued up.....
bottled water only
all food piping hot - no salads unless its washed in bottled water
no fruit unless you can peel it
no ice /ice cream

AND LASTLY TAKE SOME IMMODIUM without a doubt your gonna get the squirts - you,ll need this stuff......
the last time i ventured to turkey the forcast over here said in the mid 30s - this was total rubbish if youre on the southern coast expect 44-50s so watch the water/ booze content - ITS MEGA HOT OUT THERE. 8)
