he did hit me, i was gunna hit is door but cause i swerved i hit is front end and then his back end swung me into a wall.

So who has claimed resposible for causing the it then? him for "as you say on the other forums" pulling onto the roundabout infornt of you,im guessing form that you wer on the roundabout first?

Or are you claiming it's your fault? just wondering who's going to put there hand up,as i carnt qiute work it out from whats been said.

its a funny situation he admitted it straight after saying it was his fault he didnt look. he just came straight out in front of me.and all the witnesses said it was his fault.
