View Full Version : electrical company name
i am starting my own electrical company, i've bought a van and am handing my notice in at work. the only thing i am stilol needing to sort out is a company name.
i want it to be called somthing that sounds good but doesn't include my initals or place i live as i think that always looks crap.
any ideas?
one that i came up with is Electrical Innovations, but i'm not 100% on that one
if anyone wants any electrical work doing let me know. i'm based in derby but will be covering most of the midlands, i will be doing domestic, commercial and industrial.
cheers
ben
ive thought about this a fair bit setting up on my own
my idea for a name was one that began with an "A" that way it will be one of the first companies you see when you open up the phone book
Sparks direct .......
umm no lol
How abotu rather than going for a snappy/silly name, just pick a sensible one that people wont be embarresed to recomend due to the obscure name.
A1 electrical :?:

How about "Ben Dover I'm an Electrician" not that I'm saying electricans charge a lot  :P
Seriously though I think you should come up with the name. It should be something your happy with and aren't embarrased to use.

surely it cant be the last thing to do? You need a company name to delare the company (whether it be sole trader or limited comapny) and set up accounts etc

my company name is, Electrical Innovations, electrical services. it was just going to be Electrical Innovations but that has been registered already.
