if theyre the "GTE style" ones - ie they have the bolsters onthe side, there may be less bolts in the floor. Instead theres a kind of hook bracket that the rear part of the seat locks into the sub frame thats on the floor. You'll either need the clip or as I did wedge a little wooden block in there to stop the seat from moving. I got warned that the seat needs to be totally solid othere wise it'll fail the mot when I fitted my GSi seats to me 1.2 merit...
