Here is a few new pic of the golf which i took today after a few little mods, I put on some german style no. plates, new cl grill with chrome badge and my manta mirrors which i had on the nova :) . Also got a clay bar and went over it with that and gave it a good polish.

suppose as you really cant tell what they are like from a picture really.

and after seeing how simple your nova was, but gorgeous, i'd imagine you are probably right.

Sweet as mate really nice looking with the mirrors, though im not sure on the grill,i like it without the badge, but the plates and mirrors are a nice toutch.

I always wanted a mk2 big bumper gti, looked at a 1.3cl as my first car buth they wer well mad on insureance,i later found out why,as most ppl drop the big lump stright in and they dont need to many mods for it.

Might still have to get my self a mk1 in red though its something i have always wanted :D

Looks good Paul.

Sorry to say, but I agree with sean, I'm not 100% on the mirrors - perhaps its due to the angle of the pictures, however, it's your car, so if you like them thats cool :)
