Warning about cossvaux direct on e bey..
After chasing up a BTB manifold i orddred of them via e bey(date end of Winning bid was on the 24th of may, payment taken by them on the 8th of june) for over a week, once i had made the payment they told me it would be here with me for the weekend just gone,as i was getting it fitted with my TB's i had asked if this was correct it would be here on time, and they said yes!!
And you gueesd it nothing came and not today either,so i checked my e bey and they have recived my payment,so i was able to leave feedback in anyway i though was appropriate,so i said found it hard to contact by phone if atall answerd, and affter payment was made postege wes not on time as stated,so they in turn now sent me a nice e mail..
We do not appriciate the negative feedback, I advised there may be a delay in sending as we wanted to ensure it was packaged properly as it is a very expensive item to get damaged in transit. We will happily refund your card for the full amount today. We didn't need to sell this manifold for ?270! It is worth over ?450!! So through your hurry to leave negative feedback you have just lost yourself a bargain!
Is this the way to run a company who wish to make money i ask?
So i now have no idea if they are sending it or not Fing tossers!
Still no loss im sure i can find one els where that is direct fit.
Scott
send them a mail back saying that you havent lost a bargain as an ebay transaction is a legal contract
reply to there email and explain the extra cost and being put out about the car being off the road again.
then say i never got a answer from you on the phone.
the service i recieved wasn't to my satisfaction and i was left in the dark.
thats why you got negative feed back.
isn't that the purpose of it?

Fuk them if it dont arrive i will buy it els where,i have enough money to
Scott
nice if you have the cash matey but as Riggy said theyre legally bound to sell you the item now and you were entitled under ebay rules to leave the feedback you did.
It's their responsibility to keep in contact with you as the seller - you paid them on time and in good faith.
Id report them to ebay - but dont lose out on the saving!
spend it on other mods

i don't like cossvaux either. Ive had bad experience's with them.
My mate rang them for a 2.0 16v conversion kit, they said they had it in stock, so we decided to go up to cossvaux to collect as we were desparate, they said this was ok. We arranged a time etc.
We finally found them after travelling for a bit. Went inside to collect the kit and he'd sold half of it. What a to55er! Luckly he still had the parts we needed (mounts). He appologised and said he'd post the rest of the kit out for free. 3 weeks later the rest of the kit turns up. Not happy!
They never answered the phone! And just didn't give a fcuk.
To55ers! nuff said!
Fuk them if it dont arrive i will buy it els where,i have enough money to
Scott
Fcuk them, shit in a box and post it to them!! I hate folk like that. I ordered a Strut Brace in my local Car Acessory place, Torque Racing, and after 6months and 3 different Strut braces, none of which fitted, i got so fed up i asked for my money back, before this i ordered a pair of Rear Shocks for the Nova, and got E30 Bmw items. They were Bilstien items, probably worth three times the price. Should have kept them and sold them on at a profit, oh well.
lol what company does this sound like?
one of many
pvd
regal
tas
the list goes on
pvd are the faves though for obvious reasons
That'll be cos a ex PVD employee now works for CossVaux will it?
Dont think the wait has been as bad as some have had.
That'll be cos a ex PVD employee now works for CossVaux will it?
those rumours i false AFAIK ;)
youve paid for it, ebay have the transaction on their books etc, i say demand the manifold!!!!!
if they dont deliver the right one then take the fcukers to small claims court etc.

I thinik i sorted it now stu,i asked why they did not get to me on time, and then when i leave feed back "as you can do so if not happy etc" they said we never make a promise to diliver on time to the day,and said if took the feed back back they would sned it still..
So i said dose this mean you have not even sent the item you said that would be here by the saterday just gone??
If so i will only remove the feedback if you would remove the comment you left on my e bey feedback and then send it out asap..
Won on 24 May didn't pay till 07 Jun. Gives bad feedback only 6 days later LOSER
And finaly i got an e mail today from e bey...
Dear s.parker

I hope so
But i think if join every single car/criuse site there is and post this topic then they might not get many other customers to do it too
Hey Scott, i've finally registered :)
I've not ordered anything from CossVaux, but i've heard loads of horror stories on MIG about them - I wonder if your manifold will turn up now you've with-drawn your feedback...

only bad thing about ebay is people never comunicate i got bad feedback form a guy that i never paid because he never told me who to pay lol and he then says a month later that " recomend not to sell to never pays and has the cheak to leave bad feedback" lol. and it was over a book on the nova! But ebay serves me well!
hope things work out m8
can you re leave feedback after? lol
just what i was going to say
can you re leave feedback after? lol
Yeah, lets Bombard them with complaints for dissing a member of our organisation. Seriously, if they're going to run a business they'd better learn to run it properly and not **** act like they are. They've got a great system, but in order to keep it that way they need to make changes.

humm just wraped in an old bit of cardboard, thats really going to stop it getting fcuked up!
And they also said it will fit direct to the nova,it has astra mk3 wrote on it in marker pen :?
So looks like who ever i get to fit it needs to mod it a bit first..
theres a pic of a astra mk2 gte c20xe standard manifold against it.

i hate companies with attitudes like this, i normally send them a formal letter quoting Trading Standards acts, that normally hurries/sorts them out.
