at the mo my fave driving track is Mr Brightside by The Killers, quality song that makes me want to get the windows down and have a good shout while flying along. although the last bit is a tad tricky in a berlingo van.

the current offering form SOAD is rather "license losing" lol

any dance/trance from 1998-early 2000 is good for driving.

ps this is technically a "muppet corner post"

The Doors-The End.

Starts off quite subtle, lasts 12 mins and during the guitar solo and keyboard medley, the tempo speeds up.

The lyrics are even relevant....

"This is the end, beautiful friend, the end....

This is the end, My only friend, the end

(Jim morrison was clearly referring to your driving licence)

It hurts to set you free, but you'll never follow me

(this is when the police have just caught you exploring the wrong side of the speedo during the aforementioned medley)

The end of laughter and soft light,

The end of nights we tried to die....

This is the end......."

Listen to the song and tell me I?m wrong!!!
