Was out and about at the weekend, and i found this insane little hairpin on a backroad so i thought i'd take a few piccies of the car.

This is pretty much done, just need the spoiler on, new grill and few bits of colour-coding here and there. Stick some coilover on and Hopefully this is the last time anyone will see it as a 1.2 :-P

Photoshopped i think.

Looks really good though, very clean and tidy. I've never liked those wheels though, sorry..........

Is the 1600 finished then?

I think that's a much more plausable explanation. Possibly this troll;

it's not photoshopped, if you were there it's a very very tight steep hairpin, just the camber of the road e.t.c it made that back side squat down and the opposite side front wheel.

yer it's on it's way shouldn't be long till it's in.

Looks good. Its been a while since you put pictures of ure car up. You feeling okey? Not keen on the wheels either and the colour has grown on me aswell. And it defiently needs a spoiler and maybe a smooth grab handle and a yaris whipper. Cant bet the smooth look. :D

splitter just started to hang off and look poo, so i took it off, betetr without i think

I was thinking about a yaris wiper. Spoiler grill and Mirrors are being sprayed up now

And if a set of Cav cesaro's come my way i'd definetly get them, but im content with these wheels if not, they look better in life than on the pictures.

i like the wheels, the colour, the bumpers, just dont like the mudflaps, or the rear of the car, i dont like standard lights, even all red ones would look better imo...

Those pics arent photoshopped

What'd be the point.

Nick i think your wheels look fine as well, not everybody gets hard over comp mo or softstars or whatever there called.

Never have been a fan of the wheels and the colour, car's clean though, should be a bit of a sleeper with the 1.6 in...and should look 500 times better on the cesaro wheels!

Nick

cheers for the comments

SRsimon - Yep i think it will look good on Cesaros, But i'm not going to activly hunt for them - if some get offered to me/scrap yard i'l get em like a flash

Phil - 1.6 should be in in a matter of weeks depending on insurance, i may have to wait untill august

It's not as fantastic condition as the photo's it ideally needs respraying as there are lot of stone chips and marks - Hopefully it'l be going Metallic Burgandy this summer/next summer

Saying that it's an fantastic condition for a nova that's never ever had any parts replaced (except for my modding :-D) All original panels, engine parts e.t.c but it's going to need some work soon too keep it that way - I guess it's condition is in sacrifice for it's not sooo popular colour !

Sleeper time 8)

how did you get on fitting the skirts? did you use the proper clips or just stick them on?

Nice pics btw.

Nick
