Although i no its brilliant to have a multichanger in your car i was wondering if its worth the hassle having to re-locate it in a lowered car bcos of the suspension? Bcos they can skip quite a bit,
or is it just easier to get a decent head unit and leave it at that?
ThE cAr InFrOnT iS a NoVa!!!
i never botherd with a Changer. althogh the year with a CD headunit destroyed most of my cds coz i left em in the foot wells and stuff lol. go for a muts nuts MD or MP3 head unit :)
BEng (hons) just isnt enough, i need a Msc too!

prob 1. car gets broken into for your cds even if front is off!
prob 2. ruin your cds if left in front pods
i would rather a changer 8 days a week!
I agree!
I've got a kenwood 6 disc multi changer bolted to me back seats - lowered 60mm on shocks and springs and since relocating it to back seats, have had no probs. Just make sure u set it up right (most have a balance you adjust) - failing that fork out for one with a memory - like those jogging cd players that store music info - if it bumps of jumps, it doesnt matter cos its stored part of the track.
Or get an mp3 player - no problems then!

I have my Changer under the front seat. its small enough not to be kicked and out of sight, although it does look like i'm woshipping my car every time i go to change the cassette!! I made a 'shelf' thingy from an old bit of 'in the garage plastic box' and shoved it through in between the seat springs and the foam, works wonders! had no skips or anything
