Ok so here's my dilema I'm fitting a KC rear, ( i dont care if you dont like the bumper but i need some feedback. )
I wanna break up the bottom part with a divider, which will also provide somewhere to mount my fog light (dimension have yet to be confirmed)
So the questions are:
Should i mount the divider?
1) Flush
2)Set right at the back
3) Half way between
Should the divider be...?
1) smaller
2) bigger
3) same size (the small horizontal edge is 6")
This is fairly urgent so do your worst

i think you should get twin exhaust coming out either side twin on either side with a grill no divider

unfortunately a twin exit exhaust isnt an option due to the fact that i wanna keep my spare wheel well and also i might wanna convert back to GTE bodywork.
The gaps will be meshed with black mesh
im lost with all the technical lark lol but i rly like that bumper m8 looks mint

i had a twin and a spare wheel well on mine mate
I think youve got the depth set perfecly, IMO it needs to be a bit wider, but looking sweet anyway dude

I reckon about half the width again would be right, what foglight you going for? standard blackbox type or something a bit more pug 206'ish? Maybe an formula 1 style led unit?
i was going to say pug 206 too
i wud say keep it as you have got it in the photos mate that looks sweet and will deffo suit that bumper!
for a foglight i wud also go with a pug 206!

all u need to do mate to have a twin exhaust is cut the old exhaust of leaving about5 inches of pipe after the bend over the axel then weld a pipe to the side of it get a length long enuf to go around the back of the well then bend it found with pipe bender then attach another exhaust thats how im gonna do it :D just need to find a precat exhasut system :D or do a fake one :D
looks about right from the pic - pug 206 lights oval though - will that suite a recatngled area?
Might be better getting a rectangle fog light - remember the light may sit further out from the face of the bit youre adding - unless you mount it from behind (ooer!)
looks good though.
Sod the twin exhaust - fill the void with mesh sprayed black so you cant really see it...

I got some black mesh a year ago on the sly thats just sat in my room so I'll do that after its been sprayed.
This weekend i set about making the insert out of fibre glass. It came out pretty good although i think i got a little high on the fumes. I'll try and take some pictures tonight and post them up.
As for the fog light... unfortunately i'm gonna have to keep the details secret at this stage. But i'm planning on ordering it real soon.
I will more than likely need a little help wiring it in though as i'm generally shit at anything to do with electricity. I have no idea what the connection is gonna be like on the back of the fog light.
im pretty good at that stuff, im only in Newbury if you want to bring it down, i leave work next week so will have some spare time on my hands

fibre glass insert, this is pretty much straight out the mould and still needs some work. Basically a first draft.

Stick the tv in the middle, then everyone behind can Watch Eastenders, That Bad old Sam Mitchel, she's not nice at all. No where like marrage material, but judging by my parents standards, maybe she is?!

She's a trollop with a dodgy grin.
Epo- Its not in the shape of the fog light. The fog light is rectangular and taken from a "nice" car.

It's small and rectangular... probably 2 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" wide
Actually while I'm typing this does anyone know legally how low your fog light can be to the ground?
Low as you like as long as it doesn't come in contact with the road, is visable but not blinding to other drivers. Think everyone's fed up guessing what kinda light it is mate. :|

oh well it was a laugh while it lasted.
I thought there was a measurement from the ground to the bottom of your fog light (4" or something) for it to be legal
