rite this is kinda linked to my last post about carpets.!!

im thinkin of going red on the insids with carpet and fabric for doors (not sure what to do with roof yet still thinking) and seats i havnt decided may get covers at min til i can aford sum more but but but sum1 made the sugestion of colour coding the dash just wondered how you would do this is it the same as doing the bumpers or what?

id prefer a smooth look that the plasticy crap look any ideas sugestions or "how to"guides available on net.

on my mk2 dash i took all removable bits off and painted them

eg

heater dials
glove box
a, b, c pillar covers
window switch housing
heated windscreen blowers
heater blowers
speaker covers
ash trays
ect ect

did loads and just did a bit at a time
primed it sprayed it laquered it

dont think i have any pics and the headlight switch was a twat to remove just trying to remember how
(dont wanna tell you wrong and you bust your's you see as i got mine from scrappy to practice on)

found a couple but its more the door as i took them to show where to position speakers

didnt u get ne reactions off the paint or did u sand them abit? :?

wet and dryed papered them then went over them with thinners to remove any greece then washed them in water left them to dry once dries sprayed them

epo what was the sound quality like from those speakers?

did you have any dynomat or anything like that in the door?

little vibration but not alot as i had them amped up aand not dynamat but other than that not a problem

it has?, whats goin on?, sorry i changed the pics on my featured car for the first time in ages does this happen usually?, anyway, i wouldnt recomend spraying the dash like mine because wen its sunny it reflects against the windscreen..........hmmmm quite off putting really!

(no iv been smokin the mystical "haynes firing order" weed)
