XE Breather mod!

Right, ive blanked both hoses at the throttle body, vented the fat pipe from rocker cover to atmos with a little filter, and blanked the small outlet on the rocker cover too!

Now, i need to do the mod to the plate inside the rocker cover! Whats the best way to do this, remove it all apart from the piece where the breather pipes are

OR

Drill holes all over??

You just take the plate out. Remove all the silicone that was used to seal it in. Then cut off just the flap that covers where the breater pipes are, so it acts as a splash guard. Then put it back on. I cut mine so that it screwed back on with 3 bolts. SBD's diagram shows it bolting on with just two. Its up to you. Im trying to get the SBD diagram but the sites not working at the mo.

yep just do what dar said, ive done it an now my engine bay isnt quite as dirty as it used to be
