I have an amp drilled to the back seat, 6x9's in the parcel shelf and a fuck off sub-woofer centralised in the boot.

Thing being, the car is lowered -60mm, bumpy as anyone would know, so im a bit concerned about the sub just sitting freely.

I've known people to use velcro but its shit and this sub is prob to big.

if i used angle brackets i'd need to drill into the box which i don't wanna do so any ideas very much appreciated !

have a look at using velcro it is REALLY good!! make sure you get some good stuff as the cheap stuff is shite (try B&Q thats where i got mine from) it kept 2 10" subs down VERY VERY well in my nova (-60mm)

or bolt some strapping under the seabelt mounts and have it act as a seatbelt round the sub box

you don't want velcro as such but industrial mounting velcro - it's like velcro but actually works like kids stikkle bricks (god now I'm showing my age!) comes with a super strength double sided backing and is designed to hold heavy artwork on walls - so will definately keep sub in place. Made by 3m although I couldnt tell u where u get it from. Try 3m direct i guess. I'll put some in with the cd i'm sending u.

How about building a false wooded floor on the bottom of the boot. Screw up throuth the floor and into the sub box. Jobs a good'n;)

Although you may have to screw the floor to the body.
