How much work is required?
The wheels are Masitaly V5TRs, et45,7J, 16",195/45 tyres.

The nova is lowered, but i don't know how much by as i don't have it yet :P
at a guess i would say 40mm.

I'd be careful if your gonna bang them out yourself as one false move could prove a costly mistake.

You could always have them rolled but I've heard that they rust a little quicker.

Cool 8)
What wheels do you have mate?
7J width?

As long as i only got to do slight mods then thats fine, i just didn't want to be stuck cutting big chunks out the arches

Grind the arches off, get the inside welded up and spray on a bit of underbody sealent on. Stick the wheels on, take her for a run, take the wheels off and bang out wherever the wheels are catching with a hanner, seal it again and watch out for the front wheels catching the Tie bar and front subframe though.

front subframe

What front sub frame :? ?

Hopefully, they should be OK on the front.
May need a bit of hammer work on the rear, but i may strip some of the rear interior out tho, so that should lift the suspension to give me a bit more clearence.

Its a bit of Iron just at the side of the wish bone, its square and black and makes shite out of tyres. Take a look in and you'll see it.

Well you may as well. Clean in behind the lip on the arch with a wire brush, line it with some sort of sealent, or silicone, although silicone may make it a bit shit for painting, and either tap or roll the arches as flat as you like, but dont use your ma's rolling pin, perfect for the job but doesn't impress her at all!!. The sealent or silicone'll stop water getting in and rusting from the inside out.
