jus bought gte front it been sprayed white but the orginal colour is dark red it needs rubbing down so i can get it sprayed flame red how much would body shop charge 2 sand it how long would it take em 2 do with specialest tools

get a sander rub it down primer, rub it down primer, rub it down, paint :)

i now work in a bodyshop m8 an yesturday we got a vectra gsi bumper in for rub down and spray and i think it cost him ?60

rub the bumper down your self its soo simple a donkey can do it lol

sanding block and sand paper ior a cheap sander, easy

yea! but it was a reeli weird colour so the price included the price of the paint aswel!

?60 seems quite resonable in the bodyshop where i work a mate of mine was quoted ?50 to paint some headlight brows!!!

i now also work in a bodyshop (same one as nova co)( i GOT him that job :lol: ) and i would say
erm.....
DO IT YA SELF

lol nah id say about 50-60 primered if u find a reasonable bodyshop

i would do it my self but the bumpers orginal colour is dark red then it has been painted white over top it takes edges 2 sand through all the coats of paint body shop will do better job with air sander

I did mine with ?2 can of spray paint :lol:

I would sand the bumper myself, then you would feel happy when you see how good the end result is :wink:
