santa pod

Never thought i,d enjoy it but visited Santa Pod yesterday...it was cold and windy -nice red head thru wind burn now tho , and the day was a blast. The top fuel dragsters were a total shock - i,ve never heard a noise like it , and the hod rods a sight to see.
The big surprise happened late afternoon when a top fuel dragster went nearly vertical at over a ton on start off......

it is fookin awesome unitl u've experienced the noise, speed and power u don't realise!

have you ever actually seen a top fueller run epo? man they make 90% of the rwyb goers look like sunday drivers!

I have seen one of the engines from one that was around 1500bhp just ablitterate into fuck all of the line,now that was ace,though we found bits of engine near where we wer sat :o

yeah i used to go alot when i was younger with me old boy to pod and york
i know what you mean about loud and fast
for somereason i just prefer normal street cars

its like ill watch formular one but cant get into super bikes :? :lol:
