Electical problem (lights)

Right... i've encoutered a small electrical problem and it's getting dark.

To properly wire my electric windows in , i took an un-used (well i think ) Permanent live from the fusebox. It was leading to one of the odd shaped plugs, it has C1 next to it.

I cutt the wire from the back of the plug and connected it up to my permanent live on my elecy windows/CL loom

Now the "bulb" symbol (the green one that comes on whenevr the lights are on) on my digidash is refusing to light up, the blue full beam comes on alright, and also the lights on warning buzzer has stopped working ?

any ideas, is there a specific fuse that caters for these functions ? could i have some-how disconnected them ?
