twin 40's problem help needed asap!

car's in the garage now, mechanic just rang me, somehting about water pipes not connecting up on the new manifold??
says i need to go down to see as he cant explain on the phone??

when i looked on the manifold it had a place to connect up the water pipes, what is he on about?

any ideas on what to do, tell him to do??

What engine??
Did it used to have a pierburg 2e3 on?
With the autochoke?

yep, its a 1.3 with 1.4 block

used to have a pierburg 2eb thing, the i put a weber 32/34 on it
