how can i glue these back on ive tryed to once but they just fell off when i pulled off the supporting tape! what glue should i use?

i used some halfords epoxy stuff and it seemed to work
but i think ill pull them off any way hoho

i ripped mine off when i was getting it resprayed. I used some sticky back shiny vinyl from a sign making shop, did the job nicely. Looks cool as fuck
