1.6 16v what to do

what i have to do i have the whole thing electronic everthing from an astra
what do i have to do more :P?
one more thing the 1.6 8v engine from a cavalier and a 1.6 8 v from as GTE whats thediference?

Not sure what you mean to be honest mate!
Just make sure you get the ECU and the transponder from the steering column. (Its a black plastic thing that goes around the ignition barrel)

i have from the middle of the car to the front i have everthing i have an extior pump and i want to know is the engine suports are they fit for nova??

the engine loom is selfcontained and joins the car loom at the passenger foot well

the engine will fit streight in pretty much but u'll need to use the original nova engine mounts and you'll need to fit a v-belt alternator or dent the chassis leg to run the polyvee one

you'll also need an injection tank for the nova and the corresponding pump

that of the pump was resolved whit the an extirior pump whit pression regulator

yer and if u connect the external pump to a carb tank you'll get fuel surge going round bends and this is bad for both engine and pump
so u NEED and injection tank with a swirl pot

i have a pump that is made for ths conversions you must know thw bombs theya are ones whit a regulator and a pot
