Well affter fighting off a hangover i draged my ass out of bed and whent down to "berts" dave marshal of pvg,i bought his old SBD tb's and MBE managment
while there i also whent out in lee of the pvg's xe on tb's and oh babay what noise and so fast,i carnt wait :D

Not sure if you know i fitted the front coilovers and have solid mounts in it also now mate,just need to get buckets cage diff lighten fly and a few other bits :lol:

Buckets, i was going to say you will be needing some seats in there! That is pretty damn stripped now. What spec seats/ cage etc are you going for? If i can offer one word of advice, get the best you can first time as i seem to be changing mine every five minutes.

umm im not sure yet mate,i was tempted by dave to buy a set of monicos,ther bran new in plastic and carboard still,he only wanted ?200 but i though,humm i will wait as i think i want something very high on the leg support but also quite comfy as i think it will get very harsh iwth the new mounts and that.

do you mean cobra monico's Scott. If you do mate dont bother, i really didnt like mine on track. Hold out and get some better quality seats, you really do get what you pay for.

Yeah im going to mate,i would like to find a way of testing a load of them,but i have no idea if there is anywhere near me that sells a big range..

still un sure on whether or not i want some with the side head reestraints or not?

Dave also found a nice exhaust manifold to match th TB's,think i will have to get it :D
and he's sorting me a nuber of a place where they make custom cages to fit sunroof GSi's 8)

Nah mate would of done but i have just got some more work and it starts on monday.

Dont think they will be on and maped for pv,though they will for llandow,also hope to have the diff :wink:

Have you got some ARP rod bolts? If not they would be a good idea. Better safe than sorry.

Already in there mate,whent in on the first rebuild along with the helex padle clutch.

Need to rais my friging front coilovers tho,as i bought them 2nd hand and dont have the C spaner,they catch on the arch slightly over bumps so i have themn set hard to try help :lol:

Pluss the camber is mega silly :roll: i see new top mounts on the way,along with tyres or els the only place i will be flying is in the hedge :lol: affter going in this guy lee's(bottlethrody) on pvg i must say toyos are the way for me! :D

No not that lee,lol his name on PVG site is bottlethrody,its a Blue c20xe nova on QED set up

Nah i have more work lined up mate,so im starting there monday now,and dont think the TB's will be on for a few weeks as need a few bits to get them running right etc,and then mapping sesh.

Well my total amount,in all spent on the car has gone up in to five digit figures now,all i will say is i will try and stop before i get to the amount karl and bret spent,though it is never ending :lol:


And yeah now you say ian it dose look like yours did,though hes ditch the bumper over a standard gsi one now.
