big thanks to jules for doing this for me.
i think they all look good, and pos think, that.
black bumpers and skirts with normal alloys (silver) might look the best overall.

what do you think?
as it is now

Sean, spray the wheels black.

keep the bumpers Red.

Spray the skirts the original Anthracite (like the vynal and window surrounds)

the Blackness on those black skirts, looks a little Tooo black

Red bumpers, black wheels, black side skirts sean. The car looks bottom heavy with black bumpers IMO.

IMO black bumpers, skirts and wheels looks sweet. But really if you decide to keep the bumpers red defiantly get the wheels sprayed black.

after seeing ojc's car with the black skirts i wondered what i'd look like on the red.

and i love dars car. the wheels look awsome on it.
and then chris's car with his front bumpers would tidy it all in.

thoughts on this, as its the next stage of the car.

there you go, personally i think anthracite with the red is alot less "clashy" than black.

but if your not having a respray or a bloody good polish, it could end up looking a bit "tired" but i've never seen your car in the flesh ! just think horrible images of Grey bumpers and Flame pink !

^^^ big head!

what about just colour coding the skirts and making the wheels black?

I think that'd look sweet!

I think it looks better as it is now, or the one nick did, it looks too black with the other bumper.

what about anthracite bumpers, wheels (like mike oxfords bumpers) - and then vynal up doors to 1/4 line?

Keep bumpers RED,as it is a GSi after all.

grey bumper make it look like a 1.2 merit. There was a reason why GSIs etc had colour coded bumpers.

is it a gsi? or a replica? i like all red with black wheels and skirts

srs1

yes, it is a proper gsi.

right i am now thinking the black/anthrecite wheels and skirts.
might (only might) consider that black strip through the bumpers.

I reckon it would look best with anthracite wheels, bumpers, skirts and then rather than vinyl up the doors have it sprayed anthracite. That way it'll look like vinyl but wont trap any water behind it and rust.

 looks like you'v got the same problem as me sean.
since i baught those bumpers off you i just carnt make up my mind if i should leave them red or do them anthracite, with anthracite wheels

as it a GSI i would leave the bumpers red, with dark wheels.

i have to agree now.
black bumpers do look cool, but not on the gsi.

if it was an sr with vinyl then i'd do it for def.

so its red bumpers.
black/anthracite wheels
"" " " skirts.

thanks to all for your comments

will look good. do the wheels the same color as the sideskirts.

me and si have just been talking about it, and iv now decided to go proper standard and do the bumpers, skirts, wheels and the middle of the car (were the vinyl used to be) sprayed in anthracite
