Depends on the wiring you allready have, is the power cable big enough to supply three amps? Add up the fuse ratings of each amp first, and make sure the power cable can handle the total.
Are both subs and both sub amps the same model? if they're not they could well sound pants running together.
As for the RCA connections, unless you use a seperate electronic crossover to split the signal to the appropriate amps you'll have to use a few sets of 'Y' leads. To be honest you may be better off getting a new head unit with built-in crossover system and dedicated pre-outs for front, rear and sub. The remote feed can just be daisy-chained from amp to amp.
post the amp specs and i'll do a system diagram for you.
theres nowt wrong with splitting the rca's am planning on doing this with my head unit as am running two amps

very true Epo, but if you're looking into a high end lets say SQ-type system the extra processing power of active crossovers when set up right can make a world of difference, for most people though just using Y leads will do the job, especially if it's just a basic bass-orientated system.
