diet time again

well i just got weighed and ive put on a stone and a half after losing 5 stone

so ive knocked eating junk food on the head again and the beer which is very difficult as i have 4 cans of fosters in the fridge and a cupboard full of the kids crisps and chocolate

anyone wanna drink the four cans to save me from myself

back on the epo diet again :roll: :roll: the joys :lol:

Well done mate i been on hols and put 5 kgs on its the drink, most people lose the fat (e.g your 5 kgs) then they build up muscle that weights more than fat thats why you have gained weight

honist answer is drinking a can or two every night and eatin junk
am ok at work its when i get home at night after me tea ect its made me well gutted to start putting it on again
