I started kick boxing abit ago but got board after the first 2 weeks. I'm 'ard as fuck though so don't need any martial frickin' arts.

i did karate years ago but packed it in to hang about with me mates lol

yeah i do karate i'm not bad bin doing it bout 12 years now

year before last was competing in the europeans in poland with the england squad,

'97 got 6th in the junior world championships (was pished off about!!!)

'98 won the junior fighting in some international comp in germany that was cool!

startin to get a little bored i haven't really competed much in the last few years cos of work commitments n shit

bit gutted really is good fun squaring off against some bloke on the mat

i used to go kickboxing went for two years but had to give it up due to a change of job n workin long hours. im thinkin bout going back if i can work it round work. i really enjoyed n lost loads of weight doin it as well.

i was a brown belt at karate when i was about 12-13, had been doing it since i could walk. had to get all the bloody stripes too.

came 3rd in the north west junior championships for my age group.

1st was some insane chineese lad, that was an absolute brick shithouse for his age
