View Full Version : Advice needed - is this a good deal???

Alright everyone - i was just wondering if anyone could please give me some advice on an ice install i have seen for sale.
see here at http://ice.supercorsa.com/ the components are listed below:
1 X 12" Ryle sub in its own seald box (Hidden behind the install) - ?80
2 X 10" Stealth subs chrome finished and look the mUtZ nUtZ - ?80 for pair.
1100W Jackson Amp 4 channel - ?95
400W Terminator Amp 2 channel - ?50
Sony 6X9's - ?40

Any advice would be much appreciated

p.s. he wants ?400 for the install and he says it will fit it for me

it will probably sound ok and loud, not too sure about the quality though.

in general its a bargin

buy it now, the quality though depends on the install. if done correct should sound phat!!!

I've got 14 speakers and a 1400w amp powering the lot!!! now that is a loud 129 db system!!!

ohh well i guess your one of those "dont care about quality as long as it goes fump fump fump" so ill leave you to it. have fun

as above Cambridge is right, quality depends on the speakers not the install. I don't know who told you to get this setup but running 10's and 12's together isn't a good idea they run on different frequencies in most cases they cancel each other out. Go for 3 10's or 2 12's don't mix and match :)
