Very nice mate, Youve done yourself proud. I really like the boot lid! The original Novas without boot lock is a route I may take myself. 8)

That is one sweet looking nova. Iam all so going for the same style bootlid looks far better than a flushed boot.

Why have you got Gsi stickers on it?

Ojc
18-05-05, 09:53 AM
Because it has everything that the GSi has

Because its breaks up the sides

Because it has a Corsa GSi engine

Because because because

As Will says looks abit strange with the GSI badges. But apart from that it looks spot on.

Why does it look strange? It looks identical to a GSi.

When I get my private plate C20/70 OJC you would not know if it was a GSi or not

Ok if my car did'nt look anything like a GSi, say a Mk1 for instance with clear glass, no skirts a 1.2 engine and a standard Merit interior I would have to question it as well.

The only difference is that it has no sunroof which you can't see and no B-pillar covers which are found on the Mk2.

But its a GSi now, if I put a private plate on it how would you tell the difference?

I'll get some pics tonight as I'm cleaning the engine bay up ready for PVS and need to polish my cage.

 Whats the big deal with him putting GSI stickers on it? its his car and it looks mint i.e like a standard white GSI. Owning a GSI doesnt make you part of an elite club

exactly, infact if it's got a c16XE in it, i'd say it's a tad bit better than a 8v Nova GSi !

My car is going to be GSi spec (except for the fooking colour), and if i want to call it a GSi, then i will.

Looks Stuning anyway, keep up the good work
