I SNAPPED ONE OF THE PIPES ON THE DOWNPIPE AND THEN THE B-BOX CAME LOOSE AND RATTLED, AND IT WAS BLOWING. IVE HAD THE DOWNPIPE WELDED AND STILL BLOWING, I THINK THE PIPES OFF A CORSA BUT I DONT KNOW IF THERES SUPPOSED TO BE A SLEEVE OR WASHER BETWEEN THE JOINT FROM THE DOWNPIPE AND MID-SECTION AS THERE IS NO FLEXI PIPE, IT'S THE OLD SPRING TYPE.

yer theres supposed to be a mesh gasket thing between the two parts, kwikfit will give u one for nowt

you prolly find the system is just old and needs replaced

ashley do a cheap system and manifold which will help give a bit more power too

(oh and talking in caps on the net is like shouting ;) so dont to that either :P)
