It seems like some pikey bastard was spooked in my parents garden on saturday night, trying to pinch their goldfish, koi and orfe.
My mom got up at 6am and when she looked into the garden a little while later there was a huge wet patch on the slabs next to the pond and all the weed had been pushed over to one side. Someone had been there with a net and a bucket we think because the fish are spooked and staying at the bottom.
I've got half a mind to sit up all night with my fucking gun.
I set up a web cam last night which will record all night long, we think they came early morning when it was just light.
I'll post the video if we catch the gits.
Probably just some tramp who came along and pissed on your rockery.

Fcuk me what ever next!
Though if they are quite big fish they could fetch a nice price down the garden center.

Could of been a Heron going for the fish, we've (my Mum and Dad) had that a few times and had to put netting across the pond.
Someone broke into my ex's garden recently at night and stole their (rather expensive) fish from the pond
I told her to go look down the chippy too... that didn't go down to well

Well the thought of a heron did cross my mind but we've seen a heron at the pond a few years ago (nicked some goldfish) but the wet patch was far to big for it to be a heron this time.
Also the wet patch was considerably round in shape which together with the fact that the water level had dropped makes me think someone used a bucket and net.
After a couple of nights with the camera we havnt seen anything yet but i'd imagine they'll probably come back next Saturday night.
Has anyone got any anti-personnel mines I could have?
buy some bear traps and mangle their legs...
it happened round here a big garden centre place had there expensive koi nicked
they were very tame and came up to the surface of the water expecting to be fed
but the people who stole them bunged them in them ?1 thick strong green plastic bags you buy from asda ( bag for lif thingys)
