can anybody explain exactly what they do and the best useage and also how to make them etc?

RJ's are pre made (usually).

They replace bushes as a very very tight setup, but as they are tigheter they are also V harsh and place near direct load onto the chassis where the rubber bush would have taken some of the force away.

If you have a bar with a left handed thread RJ one end and a right handed thread RJ on the other then you can rotate the bar to either lengthen or shorten the overall length. Which allows for adjustment.

Also to get good oens you need to spend a mint.
look for autosport bearings for a clue to prices (tney are pretty reasonable too)

aurora and black max are about the best.

But beware of cheap ones with a teflon liner.

Cheers lads, So expect excellent handeling and shit ride quality. . .

I thought thats what they were etc but wanted to make sure. I think i'll stick to the trad Wishbones/tie bar with uprated bushes for a happy medium.

for road use, yes stick to bushes.

and they wont "give" ace handling, they will just allow your suspension to do its job, so if thats crap then handling will be crap lol
