Right lad's Need a bit of advice on this one If you please... Not advice more Ideas.

Right First off, I've got a Bloody sound Mk1 nova in a shitty red, the rear arch had a little surfrace rust which did actually turn out to be a small hole anyways thats now been sorted and i took the liberty to roll the arce and fully primer up the rear quarter. It's back in college on Monday/tuesday for some more bog and body perfections then It's onto the real deal.

Basically, i was going to go for a really Old skool retro nova Ie Mk1 golf style with a set of Old skool rims etc. But i personally don't think an old skool nova would cut it.

Another route would/is and more than likely will be... To fully strip and cage the car.

I certainly do NOT want any gay bodykit's before anybody says and tbh i liove the Old skool Mk1 (hard arse) look.

Anyways, I'm after your idea's what you personally think would make an ace nova. Not that I'm going to use them so i can gauge what other people are doing at this moment.

Strip it out and cage it with some 15" vauxhall wheels and slam it about 80mm will looks sweet.

As you say, early kit as it is now more rare and unique and looks fookin hard! That and a custom colour and louvred bonnet! Subtle is the key! :wink:

14" cav silver steelies, early Mk1 SR bumper, drop it on its arse.... there was a pic of a black one like that floating round on here recently just like that; IMO it looked fantastic.

Would there be any point in having a stripped out "Race" look and not having the engine to back it up?

go rly old skool and get 1 of the grills that are attached to the bumper get them antracite n get some cavi gsi rims n get them painted the same colour then slam it on its bum!!! 8)
