Some months ago i bought a rolling shell off of a NL member with Titanium Rollcage, Mint underside, Spax coilovers, Powder coated suspension and Rear discs. Since then i've done quite a few things to it and will hopefully have it up and running in the summer. Here are a few pics of what it's starting to look like.

This was the ex-Prodrive prep'd shell yeah?

If so I was wondering what the state of play was with it as we've not heard anything about it for a while - and I'm glad to see that it's looking sooo sweet!
There are gonna be some fucking awesome Nova's about this year, and I'm glad that a lot of them will be coming from NL members!

Cheers for the feedback lads, They're not Black MO's, they're anthracite speedlines, Defo a Titanium cage as the bloke paid ?250 for 1 metre so i think there has been some money spent there! LOL. The car had already been painted black on the inner arches when i got it, and now that the wings are on it doesn't look too bad, plus won't look as dirty as white.

as said, looking very nice.
glad to hear that the shell has gone to a good home.
kev was worried that it would have been just thrown together badly.
this is obviously not the case.
he'll be pleased to hear that.

Been busy today and have fitted my engine, gearbox, New mounts, Driveshafts and had to beat my inner wing to allow room for alternator. Hopefully have some more updates during the week.

What have most of you 2 litre 16V lads done to your inner wing to solve this?

Do those 4 pots seriously fit behind alessios? :o
If they do they are one of very few decent big brake setups that do!!!

Ok guys,

It's been a long time since my last update as i've been busy with the C20XE corsa B I bought, but as i'm selling that now, i've had time to work on my Nova again so thought i'd show you all what i've been upto! I'm definately hoping to have it finished by total Vauxhall all setup and running down the strip!
http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y222/Stevo16V/Cosworthrebuild005.jpg
I've sorted out my gear linkage problems with a Modified Regal Quickshift
http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y222/Stevo16V/Cosworthrebuild011.jpg
fitted my MOCAL Oil cooler and piped it in
http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y222/Stevo16V/Cosworthrebuild009.jpg
Got myself a custom Header tank made by Lee @ Fusion Fabrication! (BIG THX)
http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y222/Stevo16V/Cosworthrebuild008.jpg
But all the main work was that now the whole engine has had the loom fitted.

its a pity the titanium cage was painted as it would have looked wicked with all the heat dis-colouring from the welding!
