lowering help pleaseeee

hi all got a sr with gsi eng ect i change the front struts off my gsi doner car which had 30mm drop today i bought some 40 mm springs for a gsi but it sits higher than before ive been told that the gsi is lower standard but carnt understand why its sittin higher now any suggestions ?????

40mm gsi springs will lower your sr 20mm. As gsi's are 20mm lower as standard.
So if it was 30mm lowered, then you just made your car 10mm higher than it was :wink:

right gsi was lowered about 10mm factory

the 30mm springs were infact the same as 40mm springs for a normal nova

some MFR's state the lowering for GSis as 10mm less some dont

your 40mm kit u baught is the same as the one u took off, however the old ones prolly sagged to fuck meaning its nearer 50 or 60mm
