i bought a record on ebay over a month ago. it was quite rare and i got it fairly cheap compared to what they normally go for. the guy said he had six of them he was going to sell. i paid for it the morning after i won it, then waited.-------- and waited and f**king waited and it never came, so i sent him emails, which he never replied to and called him but he never answered his phone or replied to his answer phone messages.

after waiting so long i filed a item not received case, and left him negative feedback. he obviously never had the record in the first place or wasnt happy with the amount it was sold for.

anyway the cheeky tw*t has now left me negative feedback blemishing my 100% saying i emailed him and said i never wanted it!!!

ooh!!!, how i want to slap him!

thats the end of my rant, just had to get it off my chest ------ i feel much better now.

this is when you wish you had a geeky hacker as a friend, then you could have some fun at his expense.

i did leave a message with paypal when i filed the case saying that he bulls**ts about having rare records to try make himself look good coz hes probley got no friends, has a very sad life and is likly to be confused about his sexuality. so i think that has pissed him off abit.

a lad bought my mk1 golf on ebay a while back, left me good feedback then i never heard from him again and had to relist it.

tell ur mate not to leave it too long before he reports it. I bought a speaker set for my computer from a ebay shop (yes i do appear to have an addiction to buying stuff from ebay). it was a 5.1 speaker set and the sub popped all the time, even when it wasnt plugged in to a source. i took the back off it and a big chunk was missing from the circuit board and it had had a very very dodgey repair. i returned it asap (it was around chrimbo) and waited------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------ then finally i got in touch with them and they said nothing was wrong with it, i told him it has been inspected and there was then he started pretending the phone line was dodgey and he couldnt hear my, so i told him to move where his phone was in better signal and he started basically taking the piss out of me. and because it had been so long i couldnt resolve it through ebay or paypal. if they all didnt live so far away from me id definatley introduce them to mr baseball bat on the knee caps and his wife mrs crowbar in the face! and then rob him just to make me feel better!

Ive had this before, latest one has just been resolved. 1st one was my 1st buy on ebay, a GSi spoiler that never turned up, when i started asking where it was the guy just started ignoring me totally so i reported it to ebay paypal and square trade and about 3 months latr i got some of a refund. the guy moaned about his negative feedback saying the checque i sent him had bounced, strange seeing as i paid with paypal!

the next one was sorted this week, i won and paid for a set of gte clocks and they never arrived so when i started asking for a refund i was ignored for over a week so reported it to ebay, paypal and my bank and suddenly a full refund appeared.

I think we should have a sticky post somewhere with the names and details of sellers who don't send stuff or fuck around and try to con people, just so we can help everyone avoid them. what do admin think?

ive had it as well..a guy won my blue tailgate on ebay, never got in contact with me at all, probably because he lived miles away and the tailgate was for collection only, and this was clearly stated in the auction..

Think i might have another one soon as well - i sold a set of GTE brakes today, for collection only and have just checked and the winning bidder is in Edinburgh, waiting for him to get back to me as to when he can collect them

i bet is was a load of fun through square trade ay spud. i got some software of a guy who was asquare trade member n one of the discs didnt work, + each disc had the same info as a demo, and it was supposed to be a full version. again i contacted the member and got no reply so i contacted square trade which is just a joke as they say the seller isnt obliged to reply and if you want a mediator to get involved the person filing the case has to pay!

im all up for your idea bored bloke. junk emails it is then, especialy those porn ones coz u get thousands------ apparently, so my mate says!
