you've got the same pic for both sides mate :P

That little bit not attached is a holder for the choke cable IIRC

The other side not shown is the side that the throttle cable attaches to i think, sorry mate but i cant remember exactly without a pic

But when I spoke to you earlier you said it was on the car didnt ya? Lol.

I havent been able to find the accelerator cable bracket yet but I will! from what I can remember that bolts onto the adaptor plate for the inlet manifold.

the adapter plate in the photos is the wrong way round, yuo do have the accellerator cable bracket, but its at the wrong end of the carb! That other bracket is indeed for the choke outer cable, this should help,

You havent bolted the bronze looking accelerator cable arm onto the carb its in the picture on the K&N! You still need the adaptor plate accelerator cable holder, But will drive at least without it.

right okay the accelator sits in the slot but that still don't explain how it attaches to the arm on the carb?

can somebody scribble on one of my pics to show me where i connect it??

Love you all!!! or will do if ya solve me problem!!

The piece which hold the accellerator cable is missing, here marked in red, the nipple on the cable sits in the bit marked in blue.

This piece is bolted to the spindle marked in yellow here,

hope this helps a bit more!

I could post you this piece and a set of fitting instructions if you'd like, as the pic is of my spare carb.

If it has a small barrel shape at the end like on a push-bike's brake cable then yes, if it has one of those ball and cup type things you'll need a cable.

unfortunateley not, check scrappys for 1.3's fitted with 2e3 carbs if yours doesn't match, you should be able to get one for a five finger discount

or use a solder-less nipple from a bike shop.

you can get round it without changing cables mate, mine had a ball on the end and i just chopped it off, and the metal cable that was attached to it just screwed into place..

ooo maybe mine will be okay then i have a 1.3 with the 2e3 on it!

I like that discount thou!

wouldn't be the first time i've recieved one from a scrappy!

cheers U guys u make me :D
