Urgent help pls, any1 know about blue lacquer?

I have a seen a few wheels painted a very high shiny met silver, and then sprayed over with lacquer with a very light blue tint. Anyone know somewhere online i can order tinted lacquers and pearlesent lacquers. Its a very good effect when done right and its not over the top. I'm having real trouble finding such products, been also checking ebay regulary. I have a set of wheels which are waiting to be sprayed asap. Thanks ppl, any help appericated.

try a paint suppliers (ask a local body shop for a supplier number)

ive seen this done to a number of paint finishes and normally its a pearl paint mixture ie Clear laquer with v fine pearl flakes in it ..

You can how ever buy sachets of v fine flakes, metallic or pearl that you add to a laquer and will give you a similar finish

Usually they are as a friends is a white (or watever colour u want ) base painted already .. then a blue pearl applied over the top for instance .. and it gives a blue shimmer over the white

Hope it helps, look around ebay and try a few paint suppliers for a pearl finish, they are out there 8)
