put any size on u want wether it'll run fine would be a different matter

most ppl fit 16's comfortably

although a few have fitted 17's and 18's although the car will need work to fit these in safely

y?

Is it a Mk1 or a Mk2? This can make a difference (As i have found out!)

The biggest tyres would probably be the standard 13" ones lol

The bigger the wheel you fit, the smaller the tyre you should fit to a) keep the rolling radius the same as std and b) prevent tyre-meets-arch situations lol

Didn't someone once fit some crazy size like 20" or 22" alloys on a nova?

I think everyones missing the point your all telling her the Wheel size...

Firstly Nikki what size rims have you got eg.. 13" 14" 15" etc
are you on steel wheels or Alloys?

As everyone would probebly agree the best size to get is 195/45 15" This is the safe option no mods required

Just out of interest are u still looking for some Alloys???

Do u like these ones:

wheels any bigger than 15" will need arch mods

So will 15" and under if the offset is too far wrong.... or the width is too much

nope
16" wheels with the correct offset and 195/45/16 tyre size on a mk2 wont need arch mods

erm i'd disagree with that, I know of a chap running speedlines on a -60mm with no arch mods. and it's fine.

it depends on tyre profile/width, offset, there's a factory tolerence on nova's and the mk1 has less clerance than the mk2 generally.

it really depends from car to car.

it also go's on tyre brand as some have large tyre walls and some dont. e.g falken tyres tend to slope straight in as others go up or out before they slope in?

try not to go over 6.5" width either i've got 7" wide x 17's and they are a right be-iatch car is lowered about 60mm which probably doesn't help though lol

Well somebody always knows somebody whos done something like that, just from my experience that all my mates have had to mod the rear arches to fit Speedlines no matter what tyres they are running. Mine is a mk2 and they didn't fit as are other mates cars so theres no guarantee they will go straight on.
