Screwing subfram to the floor

Hey, i will be screwing the subframe to the floor but whats the best thing to use to seel the holes on the under side when they come through? the last thing i want to do is invite rust into the car lol cheers lee

or
wax oil

after drilling the holes, use hammerite to seal the bare metal...
