which is lighter

mk1 frontend with GTE bumper
or
mk2 with Gsi bumper

I would go with Mk2.
Although i seriously doubt it will alter the performance of the car :roll: :lol:

I should imagine the mk2 is better for aerodynamics! Not that Novas are exactly round, The weight would be around the same.

take the carridge bar away totaly and just make up a brace to hold the front of the bumper in place.

Lmao! Wood! I too had a renault 5 turbo was lethal with the original fibreglass panels! If you hit anything harder then polystyrene ud had it!
