'nother computer prob

i use soulseek as my source of download for music. since our pc shop deleted the msn virus and installed norton i cant get the program to connect.
has to be 2 reasons;
-either the site has been down for all this time (but normally when it went down it took longer for the error msg to appear)
-a firewall/restriction has been placed up - ive not a clue how to sort this.

or does someone know of any other download sites i can use - warning has to be really easy to use..lol.

its ok,.. i forgotten my own strength.. i sorted it. neede to have deleted my now useless zonealarm. it works ok now.

cos the state it got into (i got it bad) it was virtually unusable, and im no bill gates, or pete molineux, or jeff crammond,..blah blah sorry mate.
its the family computer so- moms decision.
