If it's mk1 and you like it that way GTE the front. the only easy option for the rear is a mk2 saloon bumper, other-wise it's cut'n'shut with suitable size bumpers from other cars. If yours has one, the plastic number plate panel looks damm fine smoothed off, and to get it that low you'll definatley need coilovers.
