Finally some decent pics!!

Finally got my SR on the road at the weekend. Still a few little odds and sods to sort out like modifying the steering column shroud to accept the Cavalier stalks and wiring up the remote central locking on the alarm but it's usable and I got some half decent pics!! Not too bad considering it was going to broken for parts!!

Once I've got the engine back in my Cavalier and back on the road the Nova will be getting some 15's (either Cavalier GSi or Cesaro/late SRi) and a 40mm drop, should look good I reckon.

I don't think it is the same colour, I posted on here and Mig about it and nobody seemed to know exactly what blue it is but it's darker than Helios Blue. I think it may be called Haze blue, the paint code matches Haze blue in the Halfrauds paint and it looks like it might be an okish match, going to have a go at painting the mirrors off my 1.2 for it so I'll see then.

IIRC krobinsons standard minter is Helios Blue, or is it not?

Sort an exhaust on it mate and you'll have a very nice example there, nout too lairy though :wink:

Exhaust is on the list eventually along with the 15's and 40mm drop, it's just going to be driven for now though as I promised my girlfriend that my (currently engineless) Cav will be back on the road in time for PVS and she'll properly kill me if it isn't (loves it more than I do :D) so I'd better get on with it :lol: :roll:.
