my beloved Nova, shes a bit rough around the edges, but shes got good solid boots...
used to be a 1.0, but i put a 1.4 in it last saturday, it goes a little better now...

how the hell has that got a MOT, that door is shocking as is the tailgate and im guessing by the rear bumper its been shunted

it got a MOT in february, before i got it, the tailgate is like that coz i put a SR spoiler on there, but it fitted bolox, so took it off.
Now the door didnt look TOO bad until i jetwashed it, took the paint off the rust, then a mate in a Cinquetento(sp) drove into it!

anyway, rust is a FREE weight saving body modification, and u dont have to declare it to ur insurance company!!
Rust can cost you your life in a crash :roll:

enough about rust on my beauty. has anyone seen any of the early reg'std corsa b's, the chassis legs rot to hell on them, my GF has one, its a L plare SRi and the chassis legs are knackered. im gonna buy it, strip it, weld it, rag the arse out of it!!

if you have a crash in any nova your going to die if you dont have a cage in, rust or no rust. They do have a tendency of bending a bit.

Heres mine, not much different to last year, just more rust, some crap graffitti on the rear quarter, some spit on the passenger window, and a novaload.net sticker to finish it off.

Agreed, most people who have seen my yellow valver would wonder why the hell I had bothered putting a valver in but I see it as a quick car for every day use that you don't have to worry were you park it or someone crashing into it. Would say my valver was in equally as bad condition as that if not worse :lol:

a new door, rear bumper, set of tyres, and get the front o/s indicator/light lined up, a t-cut n polish and thats the outside done. then take those seats out, throw them off that hill and stick some recaros in.

im not gonna bother doin anything to it, its not worth it, too mant tw@ts where i live, someone mentioned the de badged boot - some little t055er did that for me one night!!
i'll sort out the lights and get a new rear bumper - then rally it!!!

You should get an alarm sensor thing!
When people go near the car it has a high pitched bleep or says "please step away from the vehicle!"
it may drain your battery a bit, but then again, it might stop those little tw4ts!

but rest peacefully,at the moment she is tucked up nice and safe under a warm blanket... lol
only messin, how long u had ur nova, they do have a bit of a resemblance, except the rust and battlescars

Phil, nova's crash alright, i front ended mine into a fiesta and it was ok...they don't crash well if badly wrecked, but then does any car?
