Tappets

I think one of my tappets is slowy dying being really noisy, are they easy to change or how much would i be looking at for a garage to do it

if its a xe it'll be easy, just lift out the cams and it'll pull out.

no sorry forgot to mention its a mk2. 1.4 SR

the cam will come out without taking the head off but its a chew, once its out just lift off the followers and pull out the tappets.

i did a guide to this a while ago, none of the pic's are online any more, but if you look through my old threads you will find it, and if needed i can get the pic's back up.

do a domain search on google. put cam and lifters as the key words
