My own fault should have paid more attention and done my homework!

Were there ever more than one style of gsi bumper ?, i would say no, which means i bought one of a guy selling gsi stuff on ebay and think i have brought a sr one as it doesn't have the large kick in the bottom like all the ones i have been looking at.

Miffed to say the least means i have to find another one now which isn't easy.

Only one style of GSi bumper (this one has an aftermarket splitter added though, the black bit on the bottom):

SRi bumper is the same as a std Mk2 bumper.

Unless you're talking about Mk1 bumpers, in which case you'll be thinking of the GTE bumper:

SR bumper is the same as that i believe, just not painted.

its all good telling him to ram it up his ass, but a bumper is quite a hefty item. Its going to take some serious lubrication to slide that one in lmao

im not actually sure what bumper it really is all i know is its a mk2 :oops: and its one which -for now- im putting on my car, might not be the best but it looks ok,will look betten wen lowered and nice wheels on :)

thats a mk2 standard base model bumper

Theres no curvature or wind catcher at the bottom and its about 3" shorter (not as deep) as the GSi one.

Thats the one and it is differant from the standard as it has and extra lip at the base, not a wind catcher, it is the same depth as a gsi one but obviously is not?

Thats a std Mk2 Bumper, its NOT a GSi one. Go report the seller to eBay!

No can do i didn't bid i contacted the seller after the bidding had ended, not sure i will have any comeback as he was selling a load of stuff and i made him split it.

Still he would have sold it as a gsi if i had bid and he advetised it as a gsi one, might contact them see what they say!

Ebay tell people not to make/accept offers to trade off the site so their usual rules wouldn't cover it.
