shal i fit an ecotek vavle to my 1.2 carb nova?? do they make any difference?? do they make the car sound different?? or are they just a waste of money??

there is no "i think or in my opinion" here. simply DONT fit one to a carbed or SPI nova!

if u wanna know why:

if u fit them to a carb nova (or spi) it massively leans out one pot (number 4) where the brake servo feed goes in resulting in melted piston action

if u fit them to a car with a plenum chamber then its "safe" but most modern cars will simply readjust fuelling via lambda sensor to cope with the extra air its getting

afaik the result was they just had to change their claims within the adverts about it increasing performance and fuel economy and etc?
