Quality 1.0 Farad Digital Power Capacitor ?

how the hell do i wire it up its only got 1 earth and one live and its got some little chip i need to wire up.

ive always thought that the earth will goto earth where your amp is earthed and amp power will goto the same terminal as the battery power anyway if al goes well i wont need one :D as ima gonna put a folk lift truck battery in 12" 220amp :D WOOOHOOOOO i cant see why it wont work :D
