ma car has failed itz mot on emissions itz a 1.2i but i have takin the cat off is this why it is to high or can i do sumat else or do i need to get another cat

Yes put the cat back on and it should pass fine. If it still fails then you may need a new lambda sensor.

Before you take it back in, get the engine nice and hot, and the CAT hot.
It works at its best when its hot :wink:
